At Soft Creatures, all artworks are produced on demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful. Each piece is created especially for the person who orders it.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During busy periods, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:

Shipping Delays
Soft Creatures is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, international import procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipment, we may not be able to modify the order.
