Refund policy

At Soft Creatures, each artwork is produced on demand through our trusted printing partner, Printful. This production model helps reduce waste and allows each piece to be created especially for the person who orders it.
Because every item is made specifically for each order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, ordering mistakes, or changes made after purchase. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always do our best to find a fair and thoughtful solution.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns and Refunds
We accept refund or replacement requests within 14 days after receiving your item if:
- the item arrives damaged;
- the item is defective;
- the wrong item was received;
- the order is lost in transit.
To request assistance, please contact us at xsoftcreaturesx@gmail.com with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs showing the problem.
If your request is approved, we will offer either:
- a replacement item;
- or a refund to your original payment method.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- personal preference;
- ordering mistakes;
- changes made after purchase;
- slight color variations between screen display and printed product;
- minor placement or production variations inherent to print-on-demand manufacturing;
- sale items;
- gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to find an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Soft Creatures is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, international import procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under applicable consumer laws.
However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods. Since our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, certain items may therefore be exempt from the standard withdrawal right.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
